Admin Panel Updates
- Setup Steps Guide: This guide, accessible from the admin panel, has been updated to help users who set up their platforms on their own complete important parameters.
- Solo Blog Default Setting: Blog settings for Solo platforms without an admin panel have been configured with default selections. Solo platforms can now publish blogs without requiring access to the admin panel.
- Integration Guidance: Clearer guidance is now provided for integrations that can be done from the admin panel. The section previously called “External Service Settings” has been renamed “Integrations.”
- Website Homepage Editing: In addition to the Toggle Mode used to update website content from the admin panel, a new “Homepage Editing” section has been added to the menu.
- Test Records in Reports: A “Test Records” filter option has been added to Credit/Sales Detail Reports, allowing test transactions made on the platform to be separated in reports.
- Email Template Editing: Appointment confirmation and reminder email content sent from the platform can now be customized by clients who apply their own SMTP settings.
- Customer Contact Form Access: A new option has been added to the Customers menu in the admin panel, allowing admins to easily view and review all contact forms submitted by any selected customer. Navigate to Admin > Customers > Customer List and click the three dots next to the customer’s details to view all related contact forms.
- Customer Tagging: You can now add tags to each customer in the customer list to make tracking and management easier. These tags can also be used to group and report customers.
- Contact Form Time Information: Date, hour, and minute details have been added to contact forms, making it easier to manage them and preventing older forms from being overlooked.
- Contact Form to Customer Conversion: Contact forms submitted without registration can now be converted into customers with a single click. From the admin panel, click the special button on any contact form to instantly create a platform membership and send the user an email to set a password.
- Contact Form Export: An “Excel” button has been added to the Contact Forms menu, allowing you to easily download all contact forms submitted to your platform and work on them locally.
Expert Panel Updates
- Working Hours Notification: Experts who have not set their working hours will now see an informational and guidance message on their profile.
- Setup Steps Guide: Solo users with only the expert panel can now set up their platforms by following the Setup Steps, just like in the admin panel.
- Viewing Events in Calendar: Experts can now view their events through the calendar.
- USBS Phase 2: Development work has begun for Phase 2 of the Ministry of Health USBS license integration.
Client/User Updates
- Password Creation Email for Non-Member Appointments: Users who book appointments without creating an account will now receive an email prompting them to create a password and complete their registration.
