Admin Panel Updates
- JavaScript Code Field for Expert Panel: With this new feature, you can easily add any JavaScript code you want to apply to the expert panel directly from the admin panel. Simply follow the steps: Admin Panel > Settings > Integrations > Expert JavaScripts (HEAD) to add your JS code for the expert panel.
- Distance Sales Contract in Appointment Purchases: You can now easily obtain customer approval for the Distance Sales Contract during the appointment purchase process. To enable this, go to Admin Panel > Content > Custom Pages and add your Distance Sales Contract text. This feature will soon also be available for events and other package sales.
- “Read More” Button for Appointment Package Descriptions: If the description of your appointment packages is too long, you can now shorten it with a “Read More” button. To do this, go to Admin Panel > Services > Appointment Packages and navigate to the description section of the desired package. After adding your full description, select the paragraph you want to display initially, then go to Formats > Blocks > Paragraph in the text menu and save. Make sure that the paragraph you want to display before clicking “Read More” is separated using Alt + Enter instead of just Enter.
- Force Update for Google Play Store Updates: The Force Update feature has been added for updates to your Gurulize Platform app published on the Google Play Store. This ensures users are prompted to update the app when a new version is available.
Expert Panel Updates
- Instant Messaging File Sharing: You can now send files in the following formats directly through the instant messaging section of the platform. This makes document sharing between clients and experts simple and seamless.
Documents: .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .txt
Images: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .svg
Audio: .mp3, .wav, .m4a
Video: .mp4, .mov
Client Updates
- Appointment Reminder SMS Frequency: The sending frequency of appointment reminder SMS notifications has been updated. You can now set reminders to be sent at the following intervals: 12–24 hours, 1–2 hours, and 10–20 minutes before the appointment.
