Admin Panel Enhancements
- API Developments: The first version of the Gurulize API has been released.
- Expert Panel Access: This feature allows you to access any expert’s panel directly from your Admin panel with a single click. It can be particularly useful for quickly closing an expert’s calendar in emergency situations.
Steps to Follow: Log into your Admin panel, click on the Experts tab from the left menu. In the expert list, click the three dots in the upper right corner of the desired expert’s card and select the "Open Expert Panel" button to switch to that expert's panel.
- Category Visibility: This setting allows you to control the visibility of service categories in the menu and on the homepage of your platform.
Steps to Follow: Log in to your admin panel, navigate to the Content section from the menu, then go to the Categories section. Access the edit page for the desired category and select the relevant settings.
- Automatic Message to New Members: This setting enables you to create an automated message that will be sent to everyone who registers on your platform. The message will be delivered to users via email.
Steps to Follow: Log into your Admin panel, navigate to the Settings tab in the menu, and then go to General Settings. Scroll down to find the "Email Content to Send to New or Added Users" box, fill it with your desired text, and save. If left blank, no email will be sent to users.
Expert Panel Enhancements
- Expert Action Log Recording: We are now recording experts' action logs. In future updates, it will be possible to generate action log reports, including the frequency of admin access to expert panels.
- Appointment Listing Filters: Similar to the Admin panel, appointment records in the Expert panel now include filters for appointment status and date, making it easier to find specific appointments in the list.
Steps to Follow: Log into your Expert panel, and click on Calendar > List from the left menu. On the appointment page, use the filters to easily find the appointment details you’re looking for.
