You can create discount coupons for your users to use on your platform, which is a great way to encourage new users to make purchases.

1. Log in to your admin panel. From the left menu, follow the steps: Marketing -> Coupons.
   
2. On the page that opens, you can view your existing coupons.
   
3. To add a new coupon, click the Add button in the upper-right corner.

2. Click the Save and Apply Changes button at the bottom of the page.

1. Name of Coupon: The name you will assign to the coupon.
   
2. Coupon Amount: The gift credit or discount percentage.
   
3. Number of Codes to be Generated: The number of coupon codes to be created with the same features. For multiple values, unique codes will be generated as many times as the entered value.
   
4. Package Currency: The currency or discount percentage of the coupon.
   
5. Number of Uses by a Single User: Determines how many times the same user can use the coupon.
   
6. Total Maximum Number of Usage: Determines the total number of times the coupon can be used.
   
7. Validity Start Date: The first valid date for the coupon.
   
8. Expiry Date: The last valid date for the coupon.
   
9. Free Credit: The type of gift credit.
   
10. Discount from First Price: The discount type based on the original price of the appointment packages.
    
11. Discount from Campaign Price: An additional discount on top of existing campaign discounts.
    
12. Make Valid for Only New Members: A selection that ensures the coupon can only be used by new members.
    
13. Make Valid for All Appointments: A selection that makes the coupon valid across all expert-appointment packages.
    
14. Coupon Valid Appointments: A selection that allows the coupon to be used for different experts and appointment packages.
    
15. Make Valid for All Packages: A selection that makes the coupon valid for all credit packages.
    
16. Coupon Valid Packages: A selection to set the coupon for different credit packages.
