How Do I Create an Appointment Package?

To enable your clients to benefit from various services provided through your platform, you need to create appointment packages. Your clients will be able to select the packages that suit them best and book appointments with you.

  1. Log in to your admin panel. From the left menu, open Services -> Appointments.
  2. Click on the Packages tab.
  3. Click the New button in the top right corner. 

  4. Enter the details of the appointment package you want to create.
  • Appointment Type: This is where you specify whether the appointment will be conducted as an online session or a face-to-face meeting.
  • Service: This indicates the service through which the appointment will be provided. This service will be active for both parties during the appointment.
    • Audio: Audio call through the platform.
    • Phone: Audio call via GSM (Phone). For this call, a USD balance must be loaded on the platform.
    • Video: Video call through the platform.
  • Duration: The time required for one session (in minutes).
  • Fee: The fee for the appointment.
  • Credits: The value of the appointment in credits. Your users can also purchase appointments with credit packages they buy from the platform.
  • Sessions: The number of sessions included in the appointment package. The user is allowed to book as many appointments as this value, and they can choose appointments based on the available time slots in your calendar.
  • Break: The break time (in minutes) you wish to allocate between each appointment/session for your experts. Example: 20(15+5), 30(25+5 or 20+10), 60(50+10), or 30(30+0 or 25+5).
  • Package Country: The country in which the appointment packages will be sold.
  • Package Currency: The currency in which the appointments will be sold.
  • Listing Order: The order in which the appointment packages will be listed on the expert page from top to bottom.
  • How the Appointment Ends:
    • Automatic: The session automatically ends when the allotted time expires.
    • By Expert: The expert is notified when the time is up and ends the session manually.
  • When the Appointment Ends:
    • Exactly at the appointment end time: The expert is notified when the appointment time expires. Example: If the user booked a 30-minute package and joined the appointment 5 minutes late, the session will be ended when the remaining 25 minutes are up.
    • When the service time is completed: Even if the user is late to the appointment, the session starts when they join, and the session continues until the full time allocated for the appointment is used up.
  • Title: The name of the appointment that will be visible to everyone.
  • Description: A brief description of the appointment's content.
