How Can I Create a Campaign?

You can create campaigns on your platform that your users can benefit from. To review the types of campaigns you can create, check out the 'What Are the Types of Campaigns?' article.

  1. Log in to your admin panel, and open the 'Marketing' menu from the left side.
  2. Select the 'Campaigns' option.

  1. On the page that opens, you can view your existing campaigns, check their publish status, or delete them.
  2. To add a new campaign, click the 'New' button in the top right corner.

  1. On the page that opens, enter the details of the campaign you want to create:
    1. Title: The campaign title (as it will appear on the campaign management page).
    2. Description: Information about the content of the campaign.
    3. Start Date: The date the campaign will begin.
    4. End Date: The date the campaign will end.
    5. Notify By: Choose the notification type to be sent to the user (SMS, email, or both).
    6. Mail Content: The text of the email notification sent to the user.
    7. SMS Content: The text of the SMS notification sent to the user.
    8. Gift Credit Amount: The value of the credit to be given as a gift.
  2. After entering the campaign details, click the 'Save' button.
