September 2024 - Admin Panel User Experience (UX) Update
The Gurulize admin panel has been redesigned to make managing your platform easier and faster. All headings and settings in the admin panel have been organized for easy access. Use the left-hand menu with sections like Dashboard - Reports - Customers - Experts - Appointments - Services - Instant Messaging - Marketing - Content to manage your platform holistically. You can handle all platform-related settings under the "Settings" section in the left menu. If you encounter any issues, click the Help Center button to access relevant guides quickly.
Key Features of the Admin Panel
- Dashboard: View daily/monthly revenue and appointment summaries, as well as user activity logs.
- Reports: Access detailed sales, meeting, expert, messaging, and appointment performance reports. Search by specific dates or export them as Excel files.
- Customers: Manage the list of registered customers, contact details, submitted forms, expert messages, and reviews.
- Experts: View and manage all experts offering services on your platform.
- Appointments: Filter current appointment requests by date, expert, or status. Edit appointments by changing the date or expert when needed.
- Services: Manage appointment packages, credit bundles, seminars, and webinars.
- Instant Messaging: Send real-time messages to platform users for free.
- Marketing: Create custom campaigns, coupons, and in-platform notifications for your customers.
- Content: Edit menus, categories, blogs, and internal pages on your platform. Manage design elements and overall site appearance.
- Settings: Handle all general settings for your platform, including site information, external service settings, expert configurations, appointment settings, mobile app settings, homepage widgets, instant services, and payment systems—all in one menu.
