Payment and Fee Details on Gurulize Profile

On Gurulize Profile, there are no monthly or recurring fees—we only earn when you earn. All platform fees and payment details are transparently structured for our users.

Fee Details (Effective from January 1, 2025)

  1. Platform Fee:

    • A 10% platform fee is applied to all 1:1 sessions, meetings, or events based on the total charge (before any transaction or other fees are deducted).
  2. Credit Card Processing Fee:

    • A 3.25% + €0.25 credit card processing fee is applied to all payments by our payment provider, Stripe.
  3. Withdrawal Fee:

    • A small withdrawal fee may be applied by our payment provider (Wise) when withdrawing your earnings.
      • For example, the withdrawal fee for TRY accounts is typically around €4.
  4. Currency Conversion:

    • If you charge in a currency other than Euro, the fees will be calculated based on the amount converted to Euro first.
    • Due to daily currency fluctuations, the balance displayed in your account may vary slightly.

Payment Schedule

Gurulize processes payments twice a month on the 1st and 15th of each month. If these dates fall on a weekend or a public holiday, payments will be sent on the next business day.

  • On the 1st of each month:
    • Payments for transactions completed in the first 15 days (1st-15th) of the previous month will be sent.
  • On the 15th of each month:
    • Payments for transactions completed in the last 15 days (16th-31st) of the previous month will be sent.

Example:

  • Transactions completed between January 1st and January 15th will be paid on February 1st.
  • Transactions completed between January 16th and January 31st will be paid on February 15th.

Payment Process and Fees

  • Payment Process:

    • Payments are processed via Wise, and it may take 2-3 business days to complete each transaction.
    • A small fee is automatically deducted from each payment by Wise.
  • Grace Period for Security:

    • To ensure a secure user experience, payments include a "grace period."
    • This period allows for any user disputes to be reviewed and resolved before payouts are processed.
