October 2024 Gurulize Updates

Admin Panel Enhancements
  1. Free Consultations: Appointment packages have been updated to support free consultations. With this enhancement, credit and price values can be set to zero, enabling users to offer free consultation services.
  2. Appointment Package-Based Campaigns: Campaign options now include appointment package-based promotions, allowing custom campaigns for different package types.
  3. Google Forms Integration R&D: Initial R&D for Google Forms integration has been completed. This feature will soon go live, enabling the use of surveys, quizzes, and other tools via Google Forms.
  4. New Currencies: Canadian Dollar and Brazilian Real have been added as new currency options in the admin panel, enabling services to be offered in these currencies.
  5. Credit Sales Detail Report Totals: A total row has been added to the bottom of the Credit Sales Detail report, making it easier to use and understand. Manual calculations for expert payouts are no longer necessary.
  6. Custom Profile Data Collection: Admins can now configure the platform to collect specific information from users during registration or appointment booking via the Custom Profile section under Settings in the admin panel.
  7. Randomized List Sorting: A new setting allows lists (such as expert cards) to be displayed in a randomized order, changing every 5 minutes instead of following a default sequence.

Expert Panel Enhancements
  1. Recurring Events with Outlook Sync: Recurring events can now also be viewed in calendars synced with Outlook.
  2. Facebook Signup/Login: Experts can now register and log in using their Facebook accounts in addition to Google.

Platform Updates for End Users
  1. Instant Call Credit Notification: During an instant call, a message is displayed based on the user's credit balance, providing advance information about the call duration.
  2. Video Call Test in Appointment Confirmation Emails: Appointment confirmation emails now include a video call test link, enabling end users to perform a test before the session for a smoother experience.
  3. "Join Event" Button: End users can now join events directly via a "Join Event" button in the Events section of the platform. There's no longer a need to search through past emails for event access.
  4. End User Action Logs: Action logs for end users are now recorded. This data can be provided to our clients in the future for purposes such as marketing or user activity analysis.
