Message Details

(Agent) name is clicked to view the details of incoming messages.


Date Range: The field where the date range we want to be reported is specified.
Agent: Advisor-based individual reporting.
User: When a specific username is entered, it is created an individual user-based report.
Date: The date the message was written.
Category: Category information  for the agent (for which category the agent replies the messages)
User: User information
Reply: The green tick is understood to have been answered by the expert. When you mouse over it, the reply date is displayed. If the answer section is empty, it has not yet been answered by the expert.
Credits: Message payment fee as credit
