Message Detail Reports
This section includes message service reports with date and expert breakdown.
Date Range: The field where the date range we want to be reported is specified.
Agent: Advisor-based individual reporting.
User: User-based individual reporting.
Agent: Agent information who replies to incoming message.
Total: Total number of messages.
Credits: Total message (Credit) fee.
Average Duration: Duration for the agent's response as from its message incoming time.
Note: Click on (Agent) name to view the Details of incoming messages.
