Admin Panel Enhancements
- Expert Sign-Up Option: With this feature in the Admin panel, experts can now register themselves on your platform. You can view the information of experts who have registered to offer services on your platform in the Pending Approval section of the Admin panel. If approved, you can enable them to start providing services with just one click. Once enabled, experts will be able to manage their own panels based on the permissions you grant. If you choose not to activate this setting, the Sign-Up option will not be visible to experts.
Steps to Follow: In the Admin panel, navigate to Services > Experts > Settings, and activate the "Allow Expert Sign-Up" option. From the Expert Settings section, you can control the information accessible to your experts in their panels.
Expert Panel Enhancements
- Google Account Sign-In: In addition to the Expert Sign-Up feature, this update allows experts to sign in using their Google accounts. To use this feature, the Google Sign-Up option must be activated in the Admin panel.
Steps to Follow: In the Admin panel, go to Content > Settings > Sign-Up Options, and activate the "Google Sign-Up" feature. Enter the required Google Client ID and Google Secret Key.
- Enhanced Calendar: The new calendar allows experts to select their time zone, add appointments, set weekly or specific working hours, block unavailable times, and manage appointments through the "Calendar > List" section in the Expert panel.
Steps to Follow: From the "My Calendar" menu, you can manage your entire schedule. Use the "Calendar > List" option to utilize the enhanced calendar features and adjust your appointments.
- Google Calendar Synchronization: You can now manage your entire schedule from the Expert panel. With Google Calendar synchronization, you can control all your calendars from a single screen.
Steps to Follow: Follow these steps to synchronize your calendars, and then activate it in the Expert panel to enjoy the convenience of managing all your schedules in one place.
- Real-Time Appointment Notifications: Appointment notifications created from the Expert panel are now sent as instant messages on the platform, in addition to email and SMS notifications. This ensures that your clients don’t miss any details about their appointments.
Steps to Follow: After adding an appointment from the Expert panel, go to the Instant Messaging section to view the appointment details sent to your client, and if desired, send additional messages.
