January 2025 Gurulize Updates

Admin Panel Updates
  1. Time Zone Selection for Manually Added Users and Experts: A time zone setting has been added when manually creating users or experts from the admin panel. This ensures that appointments are correctly scheduled without requiring the user or expert to log in first and set their time zone.
  2. Zoom Enabled for Personal-Solo Plans: Since Personal-Solo plans do not include access to the admin panel, the Zoom integration setting is now automatically enabled by default.
  3. Expert Revenue Visibility Setting: A new permission has been added under Expert Settings that allows platform owners to control whether experts can view their sales revenue reports in the expert panel.
  4. Anonymous Payment Link Creation: Based on client requests, it's now possible to create an anonymous payment link from the admin panel without tying it to a specific appointment package. These links can be shared with users to collect payments directly.

Expert Panel Updates
  1. Appointment Package Cloning: Experts can now clone their appointment packages directly from the expert panel, a feature previously available only in the admin panel.
  2. Registration Email & Instant Message for Experts: When the “Experts can register” option is enabled, newly registered experts automatically receive an onboarding email and instant message with next steps and guidance.
  3. Expert Panel Language Selection: Experts can now switch between Turkish (TR) and English (EN) languages directly from their expert panel.
  4. Email Verification for Experts: Experts are now required to verify their email address during registration or login. This helps prevent registrations using invalid or fake email addresses.

Client-Side Updates
  1. Coupon Information Display: Users can now view detailed information about their coupons — including which packages the coupon applies to, and its expiration date.
  2. Freemium Language Matching: In platforms using the freemium model, expert profile pages are now shown to users in the same language selected by the expert in their panel (TR or EN).
