Admin Panel Enhancements

Zoom Integration: You can now facilitate multi-participant video calls directly through your Gurulize platform. To enable Zoom integration for your appointments, follow these steps:

  • Steps to Follow: In the Admin panel, navigate to Services > Experts > Settings. Activate the "Zoom Integration" option, enter your Zoom Client ID and Secret Key, and then activate your Zoom account in the Expert panel.

Featured Reviews: Enhance the user experience by showcasing expert reviews on your homepage, making it easier for users to select the right expert.

  • Steps to Follow: In the Admin panel, go to Content > Homepage/Sections > Featured Reviews and follow the prompts to activate this feature.

Expert Panel Enhancements

Blog Management: Experts can now easily contribute new blog posts to the platform. After logging into the Expert panel, simply click the "Add" button in the Blog section. Ensure that necessary permissions are granted in the Admin panel for this feature.

  • Steps to Follow: In the Admin panel, go to Content > Blog > Settings and enable the "Allow Experts to Publish" and "Auto-Publish Posts" options.

Reporting: The newly added Reports section in the Expert panel allows experts to access detailed reports on Meetings and Credit Sales. These reports can be downloaded in Excel format for easy tracking and analysis.
