How to View Appointments in the Admin Panel?
You can view your active and past appointments in your admin panel and access appointment details.
- Log in to your admin panel, and click on the Appointments tab in the left menu.
- You can filter appointments by expert, appointment result, and date.
- Waiting for Approval: Appointments requested by the user that have not yet been approved by the expert.
- Approved: Appointment requests that have been approved by the expert.
- Succeded: Successful past appointments.
- Failed: Past appointments that were unsuccessful.
- Rejected: Rejected appointment requests.
- Cancel (Cash Refund): Cancelled appointments that have been refunded to the user's card.
- Cancel (Credit Refund): Cancelled appointments that have been refunded to the user's profile as credit balance.
- Cancel: Cancelled appointments for which no refund or credit has been issued.
- You can view the history of listed appointments and cancel them.
- You can change the date and time of the appointments.
- You can change the expert for the appointments.
- You can approve the appointments.
- You can review the Appointment Logs, which list the action log related to completed appointments.
