How to Start a Meeting?

When the time for a scheduled appointment arrives, you must start the session from your expert panel.

  1. Log in to your expert panel.
  2. Click on the 'My Schedule' tab from the left menu. Then, click on the 'List' heading on the right side. To start the session, click the 'Start Meeting' button under the relevant appointment.

  1. When you click the 'Start Meeting' button, you need to approve all permission notifications that appear in your browser. You must grant permissions for the microphone, camera, and speakers separately. Your client must also approve these permissions.

  1. Click 'Set' and then 'OK' on the screen that appears in your browser.

  1. Grant permission from the small pop-up window that appears.
  2. If you accidentally close the permission window, you can click the options icon in the left corner of the address bar to grant permission.

  1. Provide the necessary permissions from the small window that opens.
  2. Once all permissions for the camera, microphone, and speakers are granted, and they are all active as shown in the image below, you will be ready to start the session.

  1. If you click the 'Join Meeting' button before the appointment time, you will receive a notification that the appointment time has not yet arrived, and you will not be able to join the session.
