How to Set Your Status to Online/Offline on the Platform?

On your Gurulize platform, clients can reach you by booking an appointment or making an instant call through your expert profile. To enable instant calls, you must set your status to Online in your expert panel. Click here for more information about call options.

1. In your expert panel, click on the box at the top right corner that says 'Welcome (your name).'
2. From the menu that opens, you can select one of the statuses: 'Online,' 'Busy,' or 'Offline.'
   
3. If you select 'Offline' or 'Busy,' you will not receive instant calls from clients, but you can still receive appointment requests.
