How to Set Up Instant Call Options?
If you grant the necessary permissions, your clients on the Gurulize platform can instantly reach experts via video, audio, and phone calls or send messages. You can enable or disable these instant call options at any time through your expert panel. Instant video, audio, and messaging calls are conducted using credits. To enable instant calls, credit amounts must be defined for these options in the admin panel, and credit packages should be created for sale on the platform.
- Click on the Instant Call Settings icon in the top right corner of your expert panel.
- In the window that opens, you can activate or deactivate the desired instant call options.
Instant Call Options:
- Phone Call Service: This is a service that uses the phone numbers added to the profiles of the expert and client. To make these calls, a USD phone balance must be loaded onto the platform from the admin panel. During the call, neither the expert nor the client will see each other's phone numbers; instead, both will be called from a number starting with 0850.
- Video Call Service: This is the instant video call feature provided through the platform's infrastructure.
- Audio Call Service: This is the instant audio call feature provided through the platform's infrastructure.
- Message Service: This is the feature that allows sending messages through the platform's infrastructure. Sent messages are delivered to your 'Instant Messaging' inbox.
