How to Set Up General Settings on the Platform?
In the General Settings section of your admin panel, you can manage various features of your platform.
- Log in to your admin panel and follow the steps: Settings -> General Settings from the left menu.




- Deactivate the Site: The option used to take your platform offline.
- Time Zone: The time zone of the country your platform will operate in (important for appointment times).
- Label for Site Credits: The phrase displayed in the fee information section of your instant call services on the platform.
- Enable Inform Me When Online: Reminder notifications will be sent when experts are online on the platform.
- Auto Login After Register: Allows newly registered users to access the platform without requiring a username and password again.
- Registration Form User Licence Agreements Links: Section where you can add your platform's membership agreement, KVKK text, or any legal notification.
- Send Confirmation Email on Sign Up: E-mail verification for new users.
- Registration Form Expert Licence Agreements Links: Section where you can add membership agreements or legal notifications for experts providing services on your platform.
- Email Content to be Sent to Registered or Added User: The email content you want to send to users who have registered or been added by you. If left blank, no email will be sent.
- Site Meta Keywords: Keywords that provide search engines with information related to the content of your web page (e.g., health, law, psychology, etc.).
- Site Meta Description: A short text displayed for each search result summarizing the content of the web page. The length of the meta description should be 160 characters including spaces.
- Custom Pages Path: The URL structure of internal pages.
- Default Country for Pricing: The selection of the default country where the platform will provide services.
- Currency: The selection of the default currency for the country where the platform will provide services.
- Enable Search Engine Indexing for *.gurulize.com Subdomain: Should be checked if you do not have a domain name, and customized indexing rules should be added.
- Enable Search Engine Indexing for My Custom Domain: Should be done for SEO if you have a domain name, and customized indexing rules should be added.
- Show Cookie Policy Notification: Should be selected to display the cookie policy text.
- Cookie Policy Short Information Text: Legal texts and informative page link regarding the Cookie Policy.
- Cookie Policy URL Address: Address for the internal page of the Cookie Policy.
