How to Set Up and Integrate SendFox with Gurulize

To use your Gurulize platform more effectively and maintain regular communication with your clients, you can take advantage of the SendFox integration.
With this integration, your customer data is automatically transferred to your SendFox account, allowing you to easily create email campaigns.

1. What is SendFox?

SendFox is an email marketing tool specifically designed for content creators, coaches, and consultants.
Thanks to the Gurulize integration, you can build your email lists effortlessly and set up campaigns and automation flows to reach your users directly.

2. How to Integrate SendFox with Gurulize

Step 1: Create a SendFox Account
• Go to https://sendfox.com and create an account.
• You can start with a free plan or upgrade to a Pro plan for advanced features.

Step 2: Enable Integration from Your Gurulize Admin Panel
• Log in to your Gurulize admin panel.
• Navigate to: Settings > External Services > SendFox API
• Enter your SendFox API key to connect your account with Gurulize.

Step 3: Choose Which Data to Sync
• Customer data from Gurulize (name, surname, email, etc.) will be automatically added to your SendFox lists.
• You can also create specific lists for services or categories if you prefer segmentation.

3. Creating Email Lists and Campaigns in SendFox

List Management
• Users from Gurulize will be added to the list you define in SendFox.
• You can manage your list and create segments (e.g., "Consultation Clients", "Event Attendees").

Sending Campaigns
• Go to Emails > Create Email in the SendFox panel to create a campaign.
• After preparing your content, select your target list and either send immediately or schedule it for later.

4. Creating Automations

You can set up automated email flows for users who register through your Gurulize platform, such as welcome emails or onboarding sequences:
• Go to Automations > Create Automation and build your flow.
Email 1 (Day 0): Welcome message
Email 2 (Day 2): "How to get the most out of the platform"
Email 3 (Day 5): "Learn more about our premium services!"

These automated flows help increase customer loyalty and engagement rates.
