How to Send a Free Message to the Expert After Booking an Appointment?

1. After logging in, click on the profile icon located in the top-right corner.
   
2. You can also send a free message to the expert you booked an appointment with by clicking on the Chat icon next to the profile icon.
   

1. Click on the "Appointments" tab.
   
2. Then, click on the envelope icon next to your active appointment. 
   

1. You can type your message in the message box.
   
2. You can also attach an image, audio, or document.
   
3. Click the "Send" button to send your message to the expert.
