How to Manage Appointment Settings?

You can manage your appointment settings through the admin panel.
  1. Log in to the admin panel. Follow these steps from the left menu: Settings -> Appointment Settings.

  1. Enable Appointments: You can enable or disable the platform's appointment system.
  2. List Agent Packages First: On multi-expert platforms, when entering an expert's page, the packages specific to that expert will appear before the shared appointment packages.
  3. Auto Accept Appointments: Appointments booked by users are automatically confirmed without needing approval from the expert.
  4. Purchasing by Automatic Membership: If the user doesn't have a membership on the platform, the system will automatically register them during the first purchase process and confirm the transaction.
