How to Make an Instant Call?

1. Click on the 'Get an Appointment' button in the top menu.
   

1. For a video instant call, select 'Video Chat'; for a phone call, select 'Phone'; or for an audio instant call, select 'Audio'.
   
2. If the expert is online, the green 'ONLINE' box will be active. Click on the box to start the call.

1. Click the 'Set' buttons next to the camera, microphone, and speaker icons to grant permissions in the pop-up that appears in the top left corner of your browser.
   
2. After granting the necessary device permissions, click the 'Join Meeting' button.
