How to Create Group and Multiple Group Session Services?

Group Session Service: This is an appointment package that includes one session with multiple clients and an expert. For example, a 50-minute couples therapy session priced at 100 USD.
Multiple Group Session Service: This is an appointment package that includes multiple sessions with multiple clients and an expert. For example, a package consisting of three 50-minute couples therapy sessions priced at 300 USD.

Group Session Service

  1. After logging in to your expert panel, click on the 'Services' tab in the left menu.
  2. In the 'Appointment Packages' section, click the 'Add New Service' button.
  3. In the menu that opens, select 'Group Session Service.'

  1. Enter the details of the package you want to create:
    1. Title: The title of your service/appointment package.
    2. Excerpt: A description of the service you are offering.
    3. Appointment Location: The environment where the session will take place.
      1. Zoom: A session using your Zoom account integrated with the platform.
      2. In-Person: A face-to-face session at your office.
    4. Communication Type:
      1. Video: A video call through Zoom.
    5. Duration: The session duration.
    6. Additional Information: An informational message that will appear in the confirmation email sent to the member who purchased the service.
    7. Price: You can mark the session package as free or set a price.
  2. Click the 'Save' button.

Multiple Group Session Service


  1. Enter the details of the package you want to create:
    1. Title: The title of your service/appointment package.
    2. Excerpt: A description of the service you are offering.
    3. Appointment Location: The environment where the session will take place.
      1. Zoom: A session using your Zoom account integrated with the platform.

    4. Communicatoin Type:
      1. Video: A video call through Zoom.
    5. Duration: The session duration.
    6. Sessions: The number of sessions included in the package.
    7. Additional Information: An informational message that will appear in the confirmation email sent to the member who purchased the service.
    8. Price: You can mark the session package as free or set a price.
  2. Click the 'Save' button.
