How to Confirm an Expert and Make Them Visible on the Platform?

1. When expert candidates sign up to provide services on your platform, they must first be confirmed by the admin before appearing on the experts page. You can view expert membership requests under the "Unconfirmed" tab on the Experts page.
   

1. Review the information provided by the expert candidate.
   
2. Choose one of the visibility options for the expert: Detail Information >> Visibility
   a. Private: The expert can only be viewed by users who have the expert's profile link.
   b. General: All users can see the expert in the list.

1. Click the "Change Publish Status" button located at the top of the page.
   

1. From the pop-up screen, you can change the expert's publish status to "Pending, Confirmed, Rejected, or Unconfirmed."

1. After making your selection, click the "Save" button.
   
2. The experts you have confirmed will be listed under the "Confirmed" section of the "Experts" page.
