How to Book an Appointment on the Platform?
- Log in to the platform. Then, click on the "Get an Appointment" or "See Experts" button.
- Click on the "Get an Appointment" button under the relevant appointment package on the expert's page.
- On the page that opens, adjust the time zone according to your region.
- From the calendar, select the appointment date based on the expert's availability.
- Choose the appointment time from the list that appears on the right.
- Click the "Next" button.
- Check the appointment date and time you selected in the top-left corner. If you want to make changes, you can click the "Edit" button.
- You can write a message to the expert in the message box.
- Click the "Buy Now" button. In the opened tab, you can select the "Credit Card" option.
- If you have credits in your account, you can use the "With My Credits" option.
- After selecting the credit card payment option, enter your card details on the payment page.
- You can save your card information for future purchases.
- Once you have entered the correct details, click the "Pay" button.
- If you choose the "With My Credits" option, the payment will be deducted from the credits in your account, and your appointment will be confirmed.
