How to Activate Google Calendar in the Expert Panel?

External services like Google Calendar integration are only available to Gurulize customers with Team packages or higher, which support two or more experts.

Gurulize Profile users cannot benefit from this service.

After creating a Google Calender API on your Google Clouds account, you need to set up your Google Calendar in the admin panel, by following below steps:
  1. Login to your admin panel.
  2. Click on the Settings -> External Services from the left menu. 
  3. Enter the Google Calender API information in related fields, then click the "Google Calender Enabled" checkbox. 
  4. Click "Save" and, then "Apply Changes" buttons.


Now, you need to activate the Google Calendar integration from your expert panel.
  1. Log in to your expert panel. Click on the 'My Schedule' option from the left menu.
  2. On the Calendar page that opens, click on the 'Settings' option.
  3. Click on the 'Calendar Sync' option to start the process.
  4. In the window that opens, sign in to the Gmail account you want to connect.
  5. After signing in to your Google account, click 'Continue to Google Verification Window' to proceed to the next step.
  6. In the window that appears, grant the necessary permissions for Google Calendar. After granting permissions, click the 'Continue' button to complete the process.
