How Can I View the Report of My Sessions?

You can access reports of all the sessions you have conducted with your users on your platform through your admin panel.

  1. Log in to your admin panel. From the left menu, follow the steps: Reports -> Calls.
  2. On the page that opens, you can view the Calls and Call Details pages.

  1. You can customize the generated report by clicking the 'Filter' button.
    1. Date Range: The field where you specify the date range for which you want the report.
    2. Show:
      1. All: Displays the total duration of all scheduled and other sessions.
      2. Appointments: Displays the duration of sessions that were conducted through appointments.
      3. Pay-Per-Minute Calls: Provides the duration of services offered via instant calls.
    3. User: Individual reporting based on the user.
  2. In the generated report, you can view the session details.
    1. Date: The date the session took place.
    2. Service: The platform where the service was conducted.
    3. Category: The category of the service provided.
    4. User: Information about the user who used the service.
    5. Expert: Information about the expert who provided the service.
    6. Duration: The total duration of the service.
