How Can I View the Report of My Messages?
You can view the report of the messages exchanged with your users through your platform from your admin panel.
- Log in to your admin panel. From the left menu, follow the steps: Reporting and Reports -> Messages.
- On the page that opens, you can filter to access the reports of your messages.
- To view the details of received messages, click on the expert's name.
Filtering Options:
- Date Range: The date range for which you want the report to be generated.
- Expert: Individual reporting based on the consultant.
- Customer: Individual reporting based on the user.
- Expert: Information about the expert who participated in the messaging.
- Total: Total number of messages.
- Credits: The total cost of messages (in credits).
- Average Response Time: The time taken by the expert to respond to messages.
