How Can I View the Report of My Appointment and Credit Sales?

You can view reports of the payments received from your users for appointments and credit sales, as well as failed payments.

  1. Log in to your admin panel and open the 'Reports' menu from the left side.
  2. Select the 'Credit/Sales' option.

On the page that opens, you can filter the 'Credit/Sales' details to create reports:

  • Date Range: Specify the date range for the report.
  • Show:
    • All: Displays all sales made with credit and credit cards.
    • Appointments: Displays appointments purchased with credit and credit cards.
    • Packages: Displays packages purchased with credit cards.
    • Events: Displays events purchased with credit and credit cards.
    • Customer: Individual reports based on the user.
    • Expert: Individual reports based on the consultant.
  • Sales Type:
    • All: Displays all sales made with credit and credit cards.
    • Credit Sales: Shows purchases made using credits.
    • Card Sales: Shows purchases made using credit cards (appointments, events, or credit packages).
  • Group By:
    • All: Displays all sales made on the platform.
    • Expert: Reports sales grouped by experts.

Click the 'View' button. In the generated list, you can view the details of the sales:

  • Date: The date the sale occurred, including the sale type and expert information.
  • Quantity: The number of sales made.
  • Customer: The user who made the purchase.
  • Payment Type: The type of payment (credit, credit card, campaign, or gift credit).
  • Amount: The payment amount made for the service purchased (in TL/£/$/credit/campaign/gift credit).
  • Share %: The percentage share assigned to the expert.
  • Shared Amount: The value of the assigned percentage share.
  • Country: The country where the sales were made.

You can view reports of unsuccessful payment attempts by your users under the 'Failed Payments' tab. You can also filter the reports in the 'Failed Payments' tab:

  • Date Range: Specify the date range for the report.
  • Show:
    • All: Displays all sales made with credit and credit cards.
    • Appointments: Displays appointments purchased with credit and credit cards.
    • Packages: Displays packages purchased with credit cards.
    • Events: Displays events purchased with credit and credit cards.
    • Customer: Individual reports based on the user.
  • Date: The date the transaction was attempted.
  • Customer: The user who failed to complete the transaction.
  • Reason: The reason for the failed transaction (e.g., the pay button was not pressed, card declined, insufficient balance).
  • Product Type: The type of product attempted to be purchased (credit, appointment, event).
  • Product Name: The name of the product attempted to be purchased.
  • Price: The price of the product attempted to be purchased.
  • Country: The country where the purchase attempt was made.

You can download the report as an Excel document by clicking the 'Excel' button in the top right.
