How Can I Set Spending Limits for My Customers?

You can set spending limits for users who are members of your platform. When a user exceeds that amount, you will receive a notification. The purpose of this feature is to prevent potential fraud by detecting suspicious activities with stolen credit cards.

  1. Log in to your admin panel, and from the left menu, follow the steps: Settings -> Dispute Prevention.


  1. On the page that opens, enter the required information:

    • User: The name or email address of the member to whom the limit will be applied.
    • Warning Amount: The amount at which you want to receive a notification when exceeded.
    • Prevention Amount: The amount at which you want the user to be blocked when exceeded.
    • Package Currency: The applicable currency.
    • All Users: Check this box if you want the limit to apply to all users who are members of the platform.
  2. Click the 'Save' button.
