How Can I Manage My Customers?

You can view and manage the users who are registered on your platform through the admin panel.

  1. Log in to your admin panel, and open the 'Customers' menu from the left side.
  2. Click on the 'Customers List' option.

  1. On the page that opens, you can see your existing customers.
  2. Click the 'Excel' button to download all user information in Excel format to your computer.
  3. Use the 'Filters' button to filter the customer list by:
    1. Registration Date: Search based on the date the user registered on your platform.
    2. Login Date: Search based on the user's last login date.
    3. Date Range: Define a specific date range for your query.
    4. User: Search by username, email, or phone number.
  4. Click on the three-dot icon next to a user to perform actions:
    1. Edit: Directs you to the page where you can edit the user's information.
    2. Reports: Directs you to the reports page, where you can view your sessions with the user.
    3. Comments: Directs you to the comments page, where you can view the user's comments.
    4. Messages: Directs you to the messages page, where you can view the user's messages.
    5. Gift Credit: You can add credit balance for the user to use on your platform.
    6. Password Reset Link: You can send a password reset link if the user forgets their password.
    7. Ban User: You can block the user's account.
    8. Ban User with IP: You can completely block the user's IP address.
