How Can I List My Appointments in the Expert Panel?

In your expert panel, you can view active and past appointments and access their details.

  1. Log in to your expert panel. Click on the 'My Schedule' tab from the left menu.
  2. On the page that opens, click on the 'List' option.
  3. You can list your appointments by date.

  1. You can also list your appointments based on their status:
    1. Waiting Approval: Appointments requested by the user that you have not yet approved.
    2. Approved: Appointment requests that you have approved.
    3. Succeded: Past appointments that were successfully completed.
    4. Failed: Past appointments that were not successful.
    5. Rejected: Appointment requests that were declined.
    6. Canceled (Cash Refunded): Canceled appointments with a refund issued to the user's card.
    7. Canceled (Credit Refunded): Canceled appointments with a refund issued as credits to the user's profile.
    8. Canceled: Canceled appointments without a refund or credit issued.

  1. Click on the three-dot icon next to an appointment to open the appointment editing page.
  2. In the window that opens, you can change the date and time of the appointment.
