You can chat with your users for free through your platform. To see how your users can send you messages, check out the article "How to Send a Free Message to the Expert After Booking an Appointment?" . From your expert panel, you can view and respond to messages sent by users.

1. Log in to your expert panel.
2. Click on the 'Instant Messaging' option from the left menu.
3. You can also access this area by clicking the message icon in the top right corner.
4. On the page that opens, you can see the messages that users have sent you.
5. Type the user's name in the search bar to send them a message.
