How Can I Add Notifications to My Platform for Customers to See?

You can add notifications that will appear as pop-ups when your users visit your platform.

  1. Log in to your admin panel, and open the 'Marketing' menu from the left side.
  2. Click on the 'Notifications' option.
  3. On the page that opens, you can view your existing notifications.
  4. You can enable or disable a notification by clicking the icon next to it.
  5. You can edit or delete a notification by clicking the three-dot icon next to it.

To add a new notification:

  1. Click the 'New' button in the top right corner.
  2. On the page that opens, enter the details of the notification you want to add.
    1. Title: The text that will appear in the notification box title.
    2. Page Path: If left blank, the notification will appear on the homepage. You can specify which page it will appear on, such as '/agents' or '/blog.'
    3. Description: The content of the notification box.
    4. Condition: The condition for displaying the notification:
      1. Always
      2. If Logged In
      3. If Not Logged In
    5. Repeating (Hours): After the notification is closed, how many hours later it will reappear.
  3. Click the 'Save' button.
