You can take notes about the users you provide services to, which can help you or other experts in future sessions.
- Log in to your expert panel. Click on the 'Customers' option from the left menu.
- On the page that opens, click the three-dot icon next to the customer for whom you want to add a note.
- Select the 'Notes' option.
- You can enter your note about the customer in the window that opens.
- You can add a title to your note.
- You can choose to save the note as public for others to see or set it private so that only you can view it.
- Click the 'Save' button to save your note.
- Click the 'Close' button to exit the window.
