How Can I Access Session and Sales Reports from the Expert Panel?

You can access the reports of payments received from users and the sessions you have conducted through your expert panel.

Session Reports:

  1. Log in to your expert panel. Click on the 'Reports' option from the left menu.
  2. On the page that opens, select the 'Call Details' tab.
  3. Choose the date range for which you want to view the report.
  4. Select either 'All', 'Appointments' or 'Pay-per-minute Calls'.
  5. If you want a customer-specific report, enter the customer's name. If no name is entered, all customers you have had sessions with will be listed.

Sales Reports:

  1. Log in to your expert panel. Click on the 'Reports' option from the left menu.
  2. On the page that opens, select the 'Credit/Sales Details' tab.
  3. Choose the date range for which you want to view the report.
  4. Select either 'All', 'Appointments' or 'Events'.
  5. You can create specific reports for 'All', 'With Credits' or select  'With Card'.
  6. If you want a customer-specific report, enter the customer's name. If no name is entered, all customers you have had sessions with will be listed.
