February 2025 Gurulize Updates

Admin Panel Updates
  1. Pre-Appointment Instant Messaging Settings: A new setting has been added to the admin panel to allow users to send free instant messages to experts before appointment approval.
  2. Expert Data Export: An Export button has been added to the Experts section in the admin panel, allowing administrators to download all expert data in a single file.
  3. Hidden Event Feature: A new option has been added to both the admin and expert panels to create hidden events. These events are not listed on the platform and can only be accessed via a private link.
  4. Updated SMS Links for Users and Experts: Appointment notification SMS messages sent to users and experts now include updated expert page and appointment page links.
  5. Updated Email Links for Users: Emails sent to users now include direct links to the relevant appointment and expert pages for a clearer experience.

Expert Panel Updates
  1. View Event Participants: Experts can now see the list of users who have registered for their events directly from the expert panel.
  2. Work Schedule Warning Message: If an expert has not set up their work schedule, a message will be displayed to users: "Working hours have not been defined yet."
  3. Create Event Title from Expert Panel: Previously only available in the admin panel, experts can now also create and edit event titles directly from their own panel.

Client-Side Updates
  1. Appointment Package Detail View: Users can now view more detailed information about appointment packages — such as session type, infrastructure (video/audio), number of sessions, and more.
