Admin Panel Enhancements
Working Hours Report: On platforms where multiple experts provide services, you can easily track the working hours that experts have marked on their calendars through the Admin panel. This report allows you to filter by expert and download the data in Excel format if needed.
Support for Multiple Payment Methods: You can use Stripe and other payment methods simultaneously if you wish. To do this, you need to specify the systems that will accept payments via credit card and through your own wallet application on the platform, and purchase the related service from the payment provider you are working with.
Expert Panel Enhancements
Appointment Management: With this update, you can monitor all your appointments from a single screen and make necessary adjustments to date and time when needed.
Client Management: Accessing client information for those who have booked appointments with you is now much easier from your Expert panel. The client list allows you to view clients’ spending summaries on the platform, and you can record necessary notes about clients in your panel, either privately or publicly. You can also view any complaints related to the user, if applicable.
Payment Menu: You can now manage your session payments directly from your Expert panel. Based on the revenue-sharing agreement with your platform administrator, you can add your IBAN to receive payments and monitor your account transactions on the same screen.
