Date Range: The field where the date range we want to be reported is specified.

All: The total duration of appointments and all other calls is shown.
Appointments: The duration of the calls with the appointment is shown.
Pay-per-minute Calls: It gives the duration of the services that serve with an instant call.
User: when a specific user name is entered , it iscreated an individual user-based report.
Date: The date of the appointments and calls.
Service: Call type of the service.
Category: Category of the service is provided
Agent: Expert who is provided the service
Duration: Total service time
Note1: In the field with (0), its value is shown if the services are provided with credit.
