April 2025 Gurulize Updates

Admin Panel Updates
  1. Expert Settings UX Enhancement: The "Expert Settings" section under the Settings menu in the admin panel has been updated to allow permissions to be grouped by category. This makes managing expert permissions more intuitive and organized.
  2. Company Module: A new Company Module has been introduced, which can be activated upon customer request. This allows for company-specific expert lists and appointment packages. A “Company-Specific Experts” filter has been added to the Experts page, and users can now view a dedicated UI for company-specific experts and packages on the expert profile pages.
  3. Automated Coupon Campaign: Admins can now select an existing coupon to create a global campaign. With this feature, the selected coupon can be automatically assigned to all users on the platform.

Expert Panel Updates
  1. Expert Panel Referral Link: A new referral link field has been added to the expert panel. Users who register via this link will be distinguishable in the database and visible in reporting.
  2. Instant Call Credit Pricing: Experts with permission can now set credit-based pricing (per message or per minute) for instant call options directly from their expert panel.
  3. Event Listing UI Enhancement: The event listing cards have been improved to display duration, price, event type (online/offline), and a direct "Start Event" button for easier access and management.

Client/User Updates
  1. Appointment Reminder Email Links: Appointment reminder emails now include a “Join” button that links directly to the session. The same appointment links have also been added to confirmation emails and SMS messages.
  2. Payment UX Improvements: Users who proceed to checkout via the “Buy Now” button are now shown an intermediate information message before selecting a payment method. The Stripe payment page now includes a short message confirming the security of the transaction.
