Agent Report

This section includes appointment and minute-based call detail reports with date and expert breakdown.

Date Range: The field where the date range we want to be reported is specified.
Show
All: The total duration of appointments and all other calls is shown.
Appointments: The duration of the meetings with the appointment is shown.
Pay-per-minute Calls: It gives the duration of the services that serve with an instant call.
Agent: Advisor-based individual reporting.

Agent: Knowledge of the consultant providing the service.
Phone: The duration of the call made with the phone / the value in the parenthesis “()”, the value of the call made with credit in return for credit.
Video: Duration of video call / Value in parenthesis “()”, the value of the call made with credit in return for credit.
Audio: The duration of the voice call made over the “web” on the system / the value in the parenthesis “()”, the credit equivalent of the call made with credit.
Total: Total duration of all 3 services and total “()” credit value.
