Agent Details

Date Range: The field where the date range we want to be reported is specified.

Show

All: The total duration of appointments and all other calls is shown.

Appointments: The duration of the calls with the appointment is shown.

Pay-per-minute Calls: It gives the duration of the services that serve with an instant call.

Agent: Expert who is provided the service, it is created an individual agent-based report.

Date: The date of the appointment.

Phone: The “number” information of the call request received by the expert.

Unanswered  Calls: Call information that could not be answered by the agent.

Duration: The duration of the interview conducted by the expert.

Average Duration: Average of total calls (Calls / Min.)

Credits: The total credit amount of the Calls that is served.
